Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using MuseBazaar as a buyer.
Buyer accounts
To buy from MuseBazaar you need an account tied to a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Digital-product licences
When you buy a digital product on MuseBazaar you receive a licence to download and use it for your own personal use, unless stated otherwise on the product page. That licence is not transferable: you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file, and you may not use it in a way that competes with the creator's work.
Creator content
Every product on MuseBazaar is the work of an independent creator. The creator is responsible for the description, imagery, and files they publish, and for the rights they hold in those materials. We review the marketplace for abuse and will remove content that violates these terms, but we do not warrant that any particular product is fit for a particular purpose.
Payments
Prices are set by the creator and shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. You authorise the charge at the moment you confirm the order; we record the result so we can fulfil your purchase and meet our bookkeeping obligations.
Refunds
If something has gone wrong with your purchase, you can ask for a refund from your order page. The marketplace operator reviews each request and decides the outcome based on what was delivered, what was promised, and the circumstances you share. The operator's decision is final.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use MuseBazaar to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, harvest or scrape the marketplace, or attempt to access it without authorisation. Automated bulk purchases, account sharing, and chargeback fraud all fall under this rule.
Intellectual property
MuseBazaar, its wordmark, and the marketplace design are our property. The digital products, descriptions, and creator names on the site remain the property of their respective creators. Nothing on the site is a licence to use our brand or trade dress outside the marketplace.
Disclaimers
Digital goods are provided as downloadable files. We make the marketplace available and we try to keep it running, but we do not warrant that any particular file will be a perfect fit for your project, environment, or workflow. Use what you buy with that in mind.
Account termination
You can close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that pose a security risk, or that have been inactive for an extended period. Where we can, we will give you notice first.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms when the marketplace changes in a way that affects your rights or obligations. The “Last updated” line at the bottom of this page is the source of truth for when the current version came into effect.
