Marketplace & legal information
Who runs MuseBazaar, who is responsible for the work on it, and how to get in touch.
Marketplace operator
MuseBazaar is operated as a marketplace. The platform connects buyers and sellers, processes payments, and handles the delivery of digital files. The creators who list work on MuseBazaar are independent sellers — they are responsible for their own products, pricing, and customer interactions, except where a marketplace-wide policy applies.
Creator responsibility
Each creator is responsible for the rights they hold in the work they publish, the accuracy of the descriptions they write, and the files they upload. Creators agree to only list material they have the right to sell and to respond promptly to buyer questions and concerns about their work.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe work on MuseBazaar infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to the address below. Your notice should identify the work, the location on MuseBazaar where you found it, and your relationship to the original material. We review notices promptly and remove infringing material where the notice is valid.
Accessibility commitment
We are committed to making MuseBazaar usable for everyone. We design and build to recognised accessibility standards, test new features against them, and fix issues that get in the way. If something on the site is hard to use with the assistive technology you rely on, please tell us so we can address it.
Contact
Legal questions, takedown notices, and accessibility reports should go to support@musebazaar.com. For the broader policies that govern your account and your purchases, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
