Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you need to return an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to issue a refund or offer an exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you return an order that was shipped for free, you will be credited the order amount less $6.45 for shipping charges.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging materials within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your package. If an item is defective when you receive it, please contact us by email immediately from our website.

If you need to return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund authorization once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternatively, you can contact us from our website and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please clearly indicate your RMA number on the outside of the package.

If you have not received your order on time, please contact us immediately and no later than 10 days after receiving the invoice.

Shipping

Items from the Bali Artisan Studio collection are processed in 1-2 business days. Most other items are processed in 3-5 business days. For PayPal orders, processing starts after payment authorization has been received.

We currently ship within continental United States (excluding Alaska). Orders are shipped USPS first class mail or priority mail with Delivery Confirmation based on shipping location and package size. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Flat shipping and handling fee is $6.45 per order. Orders above $100 qualify for free shipping and are shipped using our regular shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping and were returned will be charged $6.45 shipping and handling fee.
